According to the UN, Climate change refers to long-term shifts in temperature and weather patterns. But the reality is this is an early symptom of upcoming destruction, if ignored. In the process of creation of the universe, every matter is connected and stress in any part, the overall process of the entire living will be affected.<\/p>\n
Intensive human activities in the name of development have driven climatic conditions to a destructive form. Activities like the burning of fuels, and coals raise the temperature resulting in global warming, ultimately causing intense droughts, water scarcity, rising sea levels, flooding, melting of glaciers and declining biodiversity.<\/p>\n
Climate change can affect the health of living beings, the ability to grow food, safety and the economy of the country. People living in the coastal plains or near the islands are more prone to destructive cyclones, tsunamis etc. The sea level rise and saltwater intrusion have advanced to such a point that the localities are relocating and the protracted droughts are putting people at risk of famine. In the future, it is expected that the no. of climate refugees may increase.<\/p>\n
According to the World Economic Forum reports, there are 4 pieces of scientific evidence 2 of which are showing 10 meters of sea level rise. The green land ice sheet has accelerated melting, warming up 4 times faster than the planet as a whole, overturning heat in the North Atlantic. Intact this is causing fires in the Amazon rainforest. Certainly, this is not climatic extinction. We can say it is mass extinction, air pollution, and undermining ecosystem functions.
